Cosmetics To Go

The forerunner of Lush, this company was co-founded by Mark Constantine (Big) and his wife Mo, along with Helen Ambrosen and Rowena Bird, in 1988. When Body Shop bought out the rights to Constantine's products in the early 90s, he poured the money into Cosmetics To Go (CTG), a mail order catalogue of beauty products. However, for various reasons (including a flood) CTG was a failure and went bankrupt in 1994.
